My Airframe Construction DVD
4/21/15 - 6.0 hours - Total Time 1313.0
Over the past couple weeks, I have been working on the dash.  Still need to install the fuse panel door and clean a few things up.
5/5/15 - 6.0 hours - Total Time 1319.0
Continued to work on dash and wiring.  Mounted fuse buss behind the panel, and made a hinge-less door for access.  Started wiring the tail light.  Mocked up the carb heat brackett.  Started RH forward fuel line installation.  Also have a new Grandson.  Hudson Allan Potter.  9lbs 2oz!
5/17/15 - 5.0 hours - Total Time 1324.0
Continued work on wiring and fuel system.  Installed the starter solenoid and current limiter.  Still trying to figure out where I'm going to mount the voltage regulator?
5/18/15 - 4.0 hours - Total Time 1328.0
Welded in the carb heat and heater brackets.  Also built mounts for the forest of tabs grounding system.  This will help secure to the firewall and provide a better ground path.  All this is a pain to do since all the painting is done.  But there are a number of things I just didn't think about at the time?
6/17/15 - 4.0 hours - Total Time 1332.0
Continued with wiring.  Installed gascolator and primer solenoid.  Installed fuel line to firewall.
6/23/15 - 5.0 hours - Total Time 1337.0
Shifting gears to the wings for now.  I Had built a press for lightening holes some time ago.  Also had some experimental wing forms from years ago.  Got all that out and I'm focusing on the aileron and flap ribs.  Also built a flange straitening tool.   Pressed a couple crude flanges and this should work well once I have it dialed in.
11/21/15 - 8.0 hours - Total Time 1345.0
Made the flap and aeleron spars about a month ago.  Figured out the tooling for the router.  Works great.  Once all the forms are done, I can really knock out the ribs.
12/27/15 - 20.0 hours - Total Time 1365.0
Probably spent 20 hours since my last post.  Cecoed the aileron together, then decided to move on to the main wing.  Starts with a master rib.  From that I started to make a cutting jig.  Lots of detail required here.  I have the jig close and finished the spar holes today.  Made them using some 1/4 hardbord and routed them into the main jig.
12/28/15 - 4.0 hours - Total Time 1369.0
Continued work on the main rig cutting jig.  Used a Jasper circle cutter for the lightening holes.  Cut out the first rib.  Looks pretty good.  May have to make a couple adjustments to the jig?  Have to see once I start forming one?
1/1/16 - 4.0 hours - Total Time 1373.0
After some tweaking with the first one, I have a second rib done.  Should be a good one.  25 to go.
1/4/16 - 3.0 hours - Total Time 1376.0
Continued making ribs.  The first few might be throw away's as I figured out the fluting and rivet locations.  Now, each one is more consistent.
